*Sort of long and I apologize but everything is coming to a head!*
“What the
hell was that?” Christina jumped from her bed at the sound of the blast. Sirens
wailed in the distance and she turned out the window to take a look. A large
deal of fire trucks and police cars had assembled near the quad and around the
main entrance to the school. A crowd had gathered nearest they could and she
could barely make out a news van doing its best to get front and center of the
action.
Thick, black,
billowing smoke encompassed the area as a large fire rumbled through the center
of the University. Firefighters were doing all they could to control the blaze
as police officers and campus security moved to keep the people at bay. “Clear
this area!” A policewoman shouted above the roar of the sirens. Flames licked
higher and higher up the back wall of the stadium reaching up towards the empty
stands and choking out any oxygen around the small rooms.
