Growing up in Thompson Falls, Montana left Amber Jacobs with very little to do and a lot of time on her hands. To fill in the space when she wasn’t working her parents’ ranch or horseback riding, her interests turned to gymnastics and soon she was bouncing off of every wall she could climb. Though dancing is a hobby she knew it would not pay her bills and settled on a more realistic goal.
Realizing her dreams of becoming the top news anchor for the major media outlets would not be fulfilled on her farm, she moved out and moved on to the city of Emerald Cove and Cyprus-Gray. Majoring in Broadcast Journalism and Communications, Amber has started the path towards her ultimate goal. Finding the lights of the city burn brighter than back home, she was a fish out of water until Paige befriended her and helped her transition to living away from the ranch. But that friendship also caused Amber to develop feelings and examine herself in a new light. Harboring a huge crush on her best friend, Amber fears what her virginal life would be like if she were ever able to act on those feelings.
